Delivery and Returns Policy

Every reasonable effort will be made to dispatch Your order on the day that cleared payment funds are received by Us where the funds are received prior to 1:00 p.m. Where cleared funds pertaining to an Inner Health Product Order are received after 1:00 p.m., Your order will be dispatched the following business day.

Notwithstanding the above, We will not accept an order from You if:

  • an Inner Health Product ordered is out of stock; or
  • we identify an Inner Health Product or pricing error.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your Inner Health Product for either (1) goods damaged in transit, (2) incorrect goods received or (3) other fault/s, you may do so via the following procedure:

  1. Lodge a request for credit or exchange by contacting the Inner Health Customer Support team at within 48 hours of receipt of receiving your goods.
  1. Please be ready to provide Us with the following details:
  • Your name and order invoice number.
  • Brief description of the problem you are experiencing.
  1. Incorrect or damaged/faulty Inner Health Products will need to be returned to Us before a refund is provided. Our customer care team will provide instructions on how to return the Inner Health Products to Us free of charge.
  1. As soon as the returned Inner Health Product(s) is received by Inner Health, new Product(s) will be sent in its place (if requested) or your credit card will be refunded which may take approximately 3 – 5  days to be processed depending on your bank and method of payment.

If the entire Inner Health Product order is being returned as per the above criteria, Your shipping costs for that order will also be refunded.

All refund payments will be processed in Australian Dollars.

Please Note:

It is Your responsibility to review the Inner Health Products received prior to their opening. Products received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for re-supply or credit, if the Products are unopened and in their original condition.

Returns are only valid for incorrect Inner Health Products, damaged Inner Health Products and out of date Inner Health Products. Inner Health does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, issues with taste or perceived lack of results.


Nothing in these Terms alters any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
